~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Fingal is a sleepy village at the Southern side of the Tweed River mouth. It has accomodation, fishing, boating. etc. In general, if you wish to have a relaxed, stress-free holoiday, Fingal is the place to go.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The sand dunes and remnants of rainforest there are also a perfect place to go bird-watching.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
As an aside, Fingal was named after Fingal in Ireland, as the stones were seen to be similar to the Giants Causeway in Ireland..
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

As with all of the area, beautiful beaches abound.
